Seth's innovative approach to video advertising has been recognized by leading industry experts including Jack Myers, who identified Visible World as one of the top 25 media innovators of 2003. Seth was also included in Media Magazine's 2004 "Top 100 People to Know in Media." Seth has been featured as a speaker at The MIT Forum, the RVC Technology Conference, and at the ANA's Advertising Management committee meeting on "Innovations that Marketers Must Be Familiar With."

MODERATOR: Greg Taucher (Director Worldwide Accounts, DDB Worldwide)
Greg joined DDB in the summer of 1990 as Senior Vice President/General Manager of the agency’s Dallas office. With the DDB Needham and Tracy-Locke merger and subsequent formation of the DDB Needham Dallas Group in 1992, he was named Managing Partner of the agency’s Dallas office. Greg was the Worldwide Account Director on American Airlines for seven years, overseeing the management of the account in 31 countries. He also had senior management responsibilities for the Dallas agency’s account service department. In July 1996, he was appointed Managing Director, Worldwide Accounts – Asia Pacific, and had senior account management responsibilities for the agency’s 14 multinational accounts in the Asia-Pacific region. In April 1999, he was named President and CEO for DDB’s South East Asia operations, with responsibility for the agency’s operations (DDB, Rapp Collins and Tribal DDB) in nine ASEAN and Central Asia countries. He also continued in his regional role and senior management responsibilities on the agency’s worldwide accounts for the Asia-Pacific region. In January 2003, Greg was named Managing Director, Worldwide Accounts for the network. In September 2004, he was named Chief Procurement Officer for DDB Worldwide.
Jay Livingston (Senior Vice President, Bank of America)
Jay is SVP/Regional Manager for Sponsorship Marking & Local Market Planning for the Central/Southwest region of Bank of America. Prior to his current role, Jay managed Small Business Marketing team, and before that led the Online Banking acquisition team. He has held leadership positions in several areas of Marketing at the company, including managing the introduction of the Bank of America brand to new markets on several acquisitions. Jay began his career in the Management Associate Program.
Shawn Riegsecker (Founder, Integrent & CEO, President, Centro)
Shawn Riegsecker is the founder of Intégrent and currently leads the strategic vision of Centro as its CEO/President. Having worked his entire career in the confluence of publishing, advertising and technology, Riegsecker saw the need to help national clients and agencies more effectively and efficiently buy online media at the local level. He formed Intégrent in 2001 to develop systems, process and technologies to help facilitate an efficient one-to-one transaction between thousands of clients and publishers.
Tara Walpert (General Manager, Visible World)
Tara Walpert is an acknowledged thought leader in the areas of media, marketing, and client services. She comes to Visible World from McKinsey & Company, where she was an Associate Partner and a leader of the firm's Global Media & Entertainment and Sales & Marketing practices. Over the past decade, Tara has helped a wide range of industry leaders in television, print, direct mail, new media, and retail to develop and implement new approaches to sales, marketing, and CRM based on both traditional capabilities and recent technology-enabled innovations.
Paul Worthington (Strategy Director, Wolff Olins)
Paul is a Strategy Director for Wolff Olins, a global brand consultancy known for doing daring work for ambitious clients. Paul is currently based in New York, but also spent several years working with Wolff Olins in London. He specializes in services, primarily financial services and has led engagements with both US and European clients. He loves Magenta and hates Cyan.

Mike Gullaksen came to iCrossing in 2000 and has been a leader within the industry ever since. Gullaksen combines an in-depth understanding of search and digital advertising from both a marketing and technical perspective which enables him to develop some of the most effective search and targeted marketing initiatives in the industry today. He has a history of working with some of iCrossing's most strategic clients.
Dane Madsen (Founder, Former CEO, YellowPages.com)
Dane Madsen is an advisor to interactive Media and Content companies ranging from mobile, podcasting, fixed line, and PC based local business directories and monetization plans and serves as a director to two such organizations. Prior he was CEO of Commoca, Inc, a start-up fixed-line screen phone platform media and content company. Previously Madsen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of YellowPages.com – which he co-founded in 1996 – from July 2000 until its acquisition in November 2004 by a joint venture of SBC and Bell South.
Kara Nortman (VP M&A, IAC/InterActive Corp.)
Kara came to IAC from Battery Ventures which she joined in 1999. During her first few years at Battery, she invested in a number of emerging companies in the communications and software sectors: EnvoyWorldWide (merged with Par3), Kashya (acquired by EMC), Looking Glass Networks and Cbeyond Communications (ticker: CBEY).

After taking a brief hiatus in 2002 to pursue an MBA from Stanford University and connect with Silicon Valley, she rejoined Battery in 2004, actively investing in digital media, consumer internet, software as a service, and wireless.
Dominic Preuss (Product Manager for Local Advertising, Google)
Dominic Preuss is the Product Manager for Local Advertising at Google. Among his responsibilities are product strategy for advertising in Google's location-based services, new product initiatives like Local Business Ads and Google's local-targeting technology. He works with Google's largest Fortune 500 companies to optimize their Google relationship and with Google's smallest customers to meet their marketing needs. Prior to Google, he worked in the Enterprise Software industry as a consultant and salesperson in various US and European markets.

In her role as a daily reporter, Kate covers local media and advertising issues from the online classifieds space to local social networking and search to online newspapers. From 2000-2006, Kate worked as a freelance writer and editor, also covering online advertising, media and emerging technologies for various trade publications. In that time, she served as a daily contributing writer for Mediapost, and had work published in Advertising Age, Business 2.0, AdAge's Creativity, Media Magazine, OMMA, Revolution Magazine, and others.
David M. Jack (Vice President, Business Development, Novus Print Media Network, Inc.)
David has been in the media business for over 20 years and specialized in the pharmaceutical category since 2000. He works closely with healthcare related clients and agencies including, pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device, clinical trial recruitment and patient education companies to develop measurable ways to increase ROI using print media, incorporating online in 4thQ 2006.

In his current position, David works with DAS Healthcare as well as OMD, PHD and Omnicom agencies to develop healthcare related solutions based on client objectives, using proprietary technologies and tools including the newly developed local level healthcare research product, Adscript, launching in November. Prior to joining Novus in 2004, David was a Senior Sales Executive at the Newspaper National Network.

David is a seasoned professional with 20 years of traditional sales, general management and marketing experience across the online, newspaper and magazine industries. While at Newsweek, David was named to AdAge’s list of the Top 100 Salespeople in America.
